Who we are
This website sells tickets to live events organised by RAAD Records ("RAAD", "we", "us"), Cairo, Egypt. Address: Degla, Maadi, Cairo. You can reach us at info@raadrecords.net or through our contact page.
By booking a ticket you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Booking
- Give your real name and an email address you can read. Your tickets are sent there.
- When you fill in the booking form we hold your place for 15 minutes while you pay. If you do not finish in time, the place is released.
- Some events review applications first. For those, the price and how to pay are only shown once your application is approved.
- A booking is only final once we confirm it. We may decline a booking, for example if a payment cannot be verified or the event is full; any money received is then refunded in full under our Refund Policy.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are shown before you pay. The amount on the booking form, after any promo code, is the full amount you pay us.
- We currently accept Instapay: you transfer the amount and upload a screenshot of the transfer, and we verify it, normally within 72 hours, while your place stays held.
- Card payments (Visa and Mastercard) are coming soon. When available, card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page; we never see or store your full card number.
Ticket delivery
- Tickets are delivered electronically only. Nothing is posted or shipped.
- As soon as we confirm your booking, we email each ticket as a QR code to the address on the booking. Your tickets are also available on your booking page, and you can recover the link at any time with Find my booking.
- If your tickets have not arrived within 24 hours of confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Entry
- Each QR code admits one person, once. The first scan at the door is the one that counts, so do not share or post your ticket.
- Doors, age limits and venue rules are set per event and shown on the event's page or in your confirmation email. The venue and our team may refuse entry to anyone who breaks them, without a refund.
- Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold.
Couples & mixed groups events
Some events are marked "couples and mixed groups only" on their booking form. When you book one, you tick a box agreeing to this:
This event admits couples and mixed groups only. Bookings need at least 2 guests: a booking of 2 must be one man and one woman, and larger groups must include at least one woman. The ratio is checked at the door. Guests who would break it will be refused entry and are not refunded. I understand and agree.
- You declare each guest as a man or a woman when you book. That declaration is checked against the people who arrive.
- At the door, only the guests who would break the ratio are refused. The rest of your group goes in.
- Your group is fixed once you submit it. To change who is coming, contact us.
Changes and cancellations
We may change an event's line-up, timings or, where necessary, its date or venue. If we cancel or postpone an event, our Refund Policy explains what happens to your ticket.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
